Erick Dillard spent twenty-plus years working in the pharmaceutical industry before a simple phone and question regarding his son’s health led him to a career change where he is now representing a patented technology that promotes healthy living at the cellular level. With his son fighting for his life, Erick was looking for answers and came upon a life-changing solution that he now wants to educate others about through a company he founded called Happy Living Now.

In this month’s The ONE Member Profile, we get to know Erick Dillard and learn more about the technology behind ASEA.
Tell us about your business and how you got started.
I represent ASEA's patented Redox Signaling technology. This groundbreaking technology promotes healthy living at a cellular level. ASEA is the only company that can help promote improving someone's health at the body's cell level. I found out about this technology when I called a guest speaker on a radio program who was promoting something else, but he decided ASEA was a better choice for my special needs son.
What services or products do offer?
We offer a consumable liquid that promotes healthy living at the cellular level; ASEA Redox Molecules. Renu28 promotes healthy skin at the cell level, and reduction of skin discomfort in a gel form. Renu Advanced Skin Care promotes anti-aging at the cell level.
What is unique about your business?
ASEA REDOX products are the first and only products on the market that contains active redox signaling molecules, cellular messengers vital in protecting, rejuvenating, and restoring cells. These molecules, native to the human body, are created through a groundbreaking, patented process that reorganizes molecules of natural salt and purified water into redox signaling molecules.

The highest quality in service and education on how to successfully try our products. We want to ensure every customer understands about our products and how to best enjoy taking them.
To what do you attribute your success?
ASEA has a principle they teach that I dearly love; "People before purpose." By putting a person's interest before my own purpose, then I ensure I'm helping that person.
What is the best advice someone has ever given you?
If it doesn't matter in six months, then it isn't worth getting upset about.
What made you decide to start your business or choose this career path?
Since I had 20 years of pharmaceutical experience, and my wife had 25 years of medical experience, we started by looking at ASEA's clinical studies, then looking at hundreds of studies done by universities. We then evaluated the leadership at ASEA, and lastly the salespeople involved. I worked my business on the side for 3 years, before I could finally go full time in 2021. After 3 years of watching this product work, I knew it was very worth going full time. It's the best circumstance I've ever seen to help people.
Does your company help or get involved in the community in any way?
Yes, every week with my church. We're helping to bring a military person over to our home on Thanksgiving, as well many other homes. We also promote https://advancinglife.org
How has the past year dealing with COVID affected your business?
My business has grown significantly. People are looking for ways to improve their health, reduce aging, increase their income, and do something that matters in their life. We can help with some of these areas, or maybe all of them.
Are there any lessons that you have learned that you would like to pass on?
If you want to have the life of your dreams, then you have to be willing to do what the masses of people aren't doing. Be willing to step out, take hold of your dreams, and never allow anyone to tell you that you are not worthy.
What led you to become a member of The One?
The culture of The One. They want to build relationships, even friendships with the members to help one another.
What have been the benefits to your business since joining The One?
I've helped refer others to businesses, most importantly make friends, and be a friend, plus help some members start enjoying the benefits of ASEA.
